Meet Terra! 🐾 This 46lb, 5-year-old, Staffordshire Bull Terrier came to the shelter as a stray and seems to have an independent spirit. She enjoys exploring her surroundings and is perfectly content doing her own thing—but she’ll always circle back to check in with her people. Terra isn’t particularly interested in toys. She’d much rather spend her time sniffing around the yard, going for a nice walk, or simply relaxing nearby. On leash, she can be a bit of a puller—she’s curious about the world and excited to see what’s ahead! With a little consistency and guidance, she’ll likely continue improving her leash manners. Terra doesn’t appear to mind other dogs and has a relaxed, easygoing presence around them. She may do well with a canine companion who respects her independent nature, or she could happily soak up all the love as your one-and-only. We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
