About Cookie Boo
Think you are the one? Submit an application! Cookie Boo has returned to the humane society after her previous family was separated, but she's eager to find stability and love in a new forever home. Cookie is a large, senior mixed breed who combines traits of the Pit Bull Terrier and German Shepherd Dog. She has a sweet chocolate brown coat and, above all, adores children—she’ll treat them as if they were her own and is known for her protective nature. Because Cookie doesn’t get along well with other dogs or cats, she’s best suited as the only pet in the household. She is house trained, spayed, and her vaccinations are current. Cookie does have protein-losing enteropathy, so she needs extra protein in her diet, such as two eggs and cottage cheese each day, to keep her healthy and happy. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will give your family lots of love, Cookie is waiting to meet you. Born January 6, Cookie is a practical and devoted Capricorn—expect her to be steadfast, grounded, and dedicated to her pack. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
