Hi there! I'm Theodore! I'm part of the Gentlemen's Club. We were all released from a breeder, and placed into foster homes, so I've been a bit unsure of things, but I'm starting to come out of my shell! I'm still pretty shy but I am warming up a lot more to people. You can win me over pretty quickly by tossing me treats. While I don't like being picked up, once I'm safely in your arms or on your lap I love to settle in for cozy snuggles. I even wiggle my tail when I see my favorite people now and will follow them around to make sure I can keep an eye on them! The foster people say I'm a fun little guy, and they love how I take in the world, before deciding to explore or play. They think I'm pretty smart. I LOVE seeing what all my foster siblings are doing. I like to play, and I like the toys that I find, but I'm still working on my confidence all the time. I like soft stuffy toys or stuffy toys that make crinkle noises. Squeakers are fun but they surprise me! Where does that noise come from! I have even started playing a bit of fetch! I'd do best in a home with another dog to show me around, and a secure fence or small area to go potty in (like an X-pen), since I'm not great on a leash (yet!). I'm learning every day though, and gaining more confidence! I do great in a kennel at night and when you're gone. I'd be fine in an x-pen or smaller gated room as well. I'm pretty content to hang out on a cozy bed and am not bothered by being home by myself. I'm doing great with potty training and as long as you take me out regularly I won't have accidents in your house! I don't have accidents in my kennel either. Overall I'm pretty quiet but if you have other dogs that bark I'll be sure to join in! Sometimes I make funny little howly noises where my foster mom thinks I sound like Chewbacca from Star Wars.
