Meet Random Leigh, a 1-year-old hound mix with a gentle soul and so much potential. She came to us from a local animal shelter and is still learning how to navigate the world outside of it. Random Leigh can be very shy and timid, especially when faced with new people, places, or experiences. She takes a little more time than most to feel safe and comfortable, but she's worth every bit of patience. Once she builds trust, her true personality begins to shine-playful, curious, and full of that classic puppy energy. With the people she trusts, Random Leigh becomes incredibly affectionate. She loves to cuddle close and will even flash an adorable "smile" when she's happily playing with her toys. Watching her open up is truly something special. Because she's still so young and has spent much of her life in a shelter environment, Random Leigh is not yet potty or house trained. She'll need a dedicated adopter who understands the time, structure, and patience it takes to help a dog learn the basics and gain confidence in a home setting. But for the right person willing to invest in her, she has the potential to become the most loyal, loving, and rewarding best friend!
