Sweet little Toby was severely neglected and then dumped. He was extremely underweight, malnourished with hair loss, what hair was left was mostly matted, dry skin and had dental issues. Toby has gained weight, growing hair back, skin is healthy, mats have been removed, and his dental issues have been resolved. His age is estimated at around 10 but he has a young pep to his step. He is hard of hearing and has mild cataracts. Toby is house broken and pee pad trained, but occasionally does have accidents. He does incredibly well since (for weight gain) he's being fed three times the normal amount for a 5 pound Pomeranian. Although we cannot tell what his past was, it doesn't appear that Toby was abused. He's very calm and friendly, gets along with everyone-men, women, children, cats and dogs, and good on car rides. He doesn't bark or yip-yap, but he will give you a happy wooo, woooo to let you know he's excited you're home. If you're looking for a pocket sized little love bug Toby is your guy.
