Meet Tuppy! Tuppy is a Chihuahua mix and approximately 10 weeks old (as of early April). He is outgoing, playful, and confident. Tuppy does well with other dogs and loves to settle in for cuddles after some playtime. Tuppy has 2 sisters also available for adoption.
