Meet Ribbon! Ribbon is a Chihuahua mix and approximately 10 weeks old (as of early April). She is outgoing, playful, and confident. She does well with other dogs and loves to settle in for cuddles after she’s had some playtime. She has a sister and a brother also available for adoption.
