Meet Cassy 🖤🐾 This beautiful girl is believed to be a Newfie mix, with her gorgeous coat and soft, soulful expression. At around 2 years old and 60 lbs, Cassy still has a little weight to gain—but she’s already full of love. Cassy has the sweetest, most gentle heart. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but it doesn’t take long before she melts into you for scratches and affection. Once she feels safe, her loving personality really shines through. She does wonderfully with other animals, including both dogs and cats, and brings a calm, easygoing presence to her home. Cassy is currently working on potty training and crate training, and she handled a much-needed bath and trim like a champ for her foster. Cassy may take a little time to fully open up, but she is so worth it. She’s the kind of dog who will quietly become your shadow and love you with her whole heart.
