Little dog alert! Gus came in pretty grumpy (hence the name), but he has done a total 180 and decided The Humane Society of Oldham County is much better than the hoarding situation he came from. This teeny little 12-pound Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund mix) is around 8 years old. His age certainly doesn't stop him from getting the zoomies or getting around just fine, and he still has plenty of good years ahead of him. Gus is down for whatever. Want him to lay on the bed? Sure. Want him to run around outside while you work on something? Sure. How about a nice lap companion? Absolutely! Gus is a man of many talents and is ready to be your new buddy. We're unsure how Gus feels about playing with larger dogs, but he doesn't seem to mind walking past them or hearing them bark. He could likely live with other small dogs easily, but to be sure, we require a meet-and-greet to make sure any household pups can get along with Mr. Gus. Gus is ready to say hello!
