Hi! My name is Millie and I am looking for a forever home. I was born shortly after my mom went into a rescue and I am the last looking for my own home. See, while all of my siblings had the typical English Pointer look, my markings are not considered typical and I was the runt of the litter so no one wanted me. I wasn't having any luck where I was and a volunteer approached BCAA about whether they might be able to help me and they said yes! My new foster mom says not to worry about anything 'cause she she says I'm beautiful with my super dark liver and white coat and that I have the personality to match as I love everyone and getting attention, even over getting treats (which I do like, just not as much as getting some loving). At 2 years old, I am full grown at just a little under 33lbs so I really am a perfect size as I will fit most anywhere. I can be your cuddle bug as well as your partner when going on adventures as I'm up for anything fun with you. I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met and I haven't bothered those things called cats that I've encountered. I've done really well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of any bedding. I am pretty good on leash although I may pull a little in my excitement on being out with you.
