Penelope is an affectionate young pup who cannot wait to find a family to adopt! This friendly, curious baby girl loves to be a part of things. She wiggles right up with an eager greeting and she'll gladly join you on the couch and snuggle into your lap. She seems to trust people readily and is agreeable for things like baths and ear cleaning - relaxed and gentle. She will also take a break in her crate and have some alone time if needed, though her favorite thing is to cuddle up close. Penelope loves to chase a ball, run at the park and walk around the neighborhood. She engages well with other dogs and is a social girl, inquisitive and playful. She's also very well-adjusted and resilient - nothing so far has seemed to overwhelm her or cause her to retreat. Penelope has things to say and will make the cutest vocalizations when she wants something! She's not loud or insistent but she wants you to know she has opinions! She still seems to be learning commands and leash walking, though she's already potty trained! She's attentive and eager and would love for someone to spend time with her teaching her the ropes!
