Hi, I'm Camilla I'm a precious little Westie with the sweetest heart, just learning what it feels like to be someone's beloved pet. Before rescue, I came from a commercial breeding program, so I never really got the chance to enjoy the simple things in life-like soft beds, gentle love, toys, treats, and just being part of a family. Even though so much is new to me, I'm adjusting so well and seem truly happy just being safe inside a home and close to my people. In fact... I like to be very close. I've become quite the little shadow and follow my foster around everywhere. If you're looking for a tiny best friend who wants to quietly stay by your side, I just might be your girl. I'm a shy lady at first, especially with men, but I'm such a gentle sweetheart and I'm trying very hard to be brave. I don't mind being held, and I'm learning that kind hands, cozy spaces, and loving people can be really wonderful. I'm also discovering fun little things I may have missed out on before-like toys (which I'm very gentle with) and treats, which I've decided are actually pretty amazing. Every day, I'm learning a little more about how good life can be, and it's impossible not to root for me as I blossom. All I need is a patient, loving home where I can continue to feel safe, adored, and cherished the way I always deserved.
