Hi, I'm Cookie! I'm a sweet, easygoing girl who would fit in just about any home. I'm especially comfortable around smaller dogs, and I really enjoy a calm, cozy environment where I can relax and be close to my people. I'm very smart and have a great daily routine down-I like knowing what to expect! My day usually starts with breakfast, a potty break, and then some playtime with my toys while everyone gets ready. I'm great about spending time in my crate for a few hours, and I love when my people come home for a midday potty break and a little extra attention. Later on, I get to go for a walk (which I really enjoy, especially when the weather is nice!), followed by dinner, more potty time, and then playtime and cuddles before bed. I love toys-especially the small ones I can carry around-and I play nice and gentle. I also have a fun little treat obsession... popcorn is one of my favorites! I'm a total cuddle bug and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you. When it comes to new people, I can be a little shy at first, but I warm up pretty quickly once I feel safe. So far, I've only spent time around women, but with a little patience and kindness, I'm sure I can make new friends too.
