Teacup came into rescue when the family of her late owner needed to give her up after caring for her for a few years. She is on her way to Minnesota for a fresh start and looking for a soft place to land! Teacup has some basic training skills down, but may need a little support finishing up housetraining; especially in a new place! She has been quiet in her foster home and a bit cautious with new friends, so slow introductions and lots of reassurance will be great! Her energy level has been low so far, but she has mostly been recovering from her spay surgery while in foster care. She is an even-keel gal who loves to snuggle on your lap and may prefer a quieter home to a busy one. Teacup is ready to settle in and be your new best friend! Teacup is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 04/11/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Activity must be restricted for several weeks during recovery. RSR will cover the full cost of treatment. RSR will provide heartworm preventatives until the retest is due.
