Rowan is a 1-year-old Havanese weighing around 16 lbs, and while he may be a little shy at first, there's an incredibly sweet and affectionate dog just waiting to shine. He can be nervous with strangers and new situations, so he'll need a gentle, patient approach and time to build trust. A calm, quiet home would be the best fit for him as he continues to gain confidence. Once Rowan feels safe, his personality really comes through, and it's the sweetest thing.
