Let down terribly by the people who were supposed to love and protect her, beautiful little Noel is now in search of the happy forever home she deserves. Noel is 8 1/2 years old, FIV/FELV negative, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and spayed. She is currently at our Freeport location.
