Meet Blossom! April showers not only bring May flowers, but they also brought us the most adorable and sweet little Maltese mix girl who we appropriately named Blossom! Blossom is as sweet and pretty as her name indicates! She came to us as a stray through the San Jose Animal Shelter and we were immediately taken by her zest for life, love of attention, and her adorable wiggly body when you start talking to her. And did we mention that she loves being the center of attention? The more pets, the better as far as she is concerned. Blossom is already thriving in her foster home and has shown herself to be comfortable with women and men. She is not afraid or skittish around loud noises, and she gets along well with dogs of a variety of sizes. She has been sleeping well in a crate at night and her foster is working with her on potty training - although she is five years old, we don't know her background and we don't assume she is housebroken, so we always start with them as if they are not.
