Sadie came into the shelter as a stray found laying near the train tracks and not moving. We believe after not being able to locate any owners that she was dumped near the train tracks. She is very scared but will come up to you and has the sweetest soul. She doesn’t seem to mind other dogs and completely ignored a cat.
