Ranger came into the shelter reported as a stray later to find out he is an owner surrender. He is a super sweet boy that always has a huge smile! He gets along with other dogs and loves to be around people. Ranger is not yet neutered but he will be neutered and fully vaccinated before he goes to his new home!
