Jax (we also call him Jack) is sweet and affectionate. ​Jax is 1-2 years old and 8.8 pounds. He likes to be picked up, sit on your lap, or he does great in his little bed. He is calm tempered, but enjoys short walks on the leash and playing fetch. He is good with other small dogs and lived with cats in his initial foster home. He’s fine with older kids (a 7 year old) but hasn’t been around any babies since we’ve had him so we don’t know about that. He’s smart; housebroken and so far we taught him to sit, he comes, goes to his bed, and he’s a really good boy. Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption.
