Their owner fell on hard times and ultimately decided that surrendering these babies to us was the safest option for everyone involved. Patriot is a sweet, mellow boy who is working hard on his confidence in foster, where he's THRIVING! He is a shy boy, but has been growing happier and more confident every day with the help of doggy pals, kitty friends, and loves of love.
