About Lil Joey
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Joey, also lovingly nicknamed Joelyn and Lil girl Joey, a 3-month-old, 8-pound Mini Australian Shepherd whose joyful spirit lights up every room. She’s a happy, spunky, and fun-loving puppy who adores playtime and is always ready for some romping around. Joey came to rescue with her mama Lili Belle, who you just might spot as well, but Joey is noticeably smaller and was born with cataracts in her eyes. This doesn’t slow her down one bit; Joey remains incredibly friendly and brave, greeting every new person and dog with a wagging tail and pure puppy enthusiasm. Joey is renowned for her joyful sprints around the play yard, captivating all who watch her with her exuberance and happiness. She would thrive best in a home with another dog, as having a canine companion can help her learn and grow into an independent adult dog. Joey treasures cuddles with her mom, but she’s excited to start her own journey and build new bonds in a loving home. She’s eager to meet you, share her playful nature, and bring lots of smiles your way—because, to Joey, life is simply wonderful! As a Capricorn (born January 6), Joey may grow into a determined and loyal companion, always ready to face challenges with optimism. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
