These adorable fluffballs were recently born to a one-year-old mama dog whose family didn't think she could get pregnant “so young” — a story we unfortunately hear far too often. Now, thanks to the help of our one of trusted rescue partners and a local foster mom in TX who opened her home to them, these lucky pups are getting their chance at a brighter future. Soon Dora and the D Pups will be ready to make the trip from Texas to New York in search of forever homes of their very own. Full of puppy curiosity, playful energy, and endless affection, these babies are ready to take on the world one adventure at a time. Like all young puppies, they are learning and growing every single day. They'll need families committed to helping them become the best dogs they can be through training, structure, socialization, patience, and love. Because they are believed to be working-breed mixes, they're looking for adopters who understand the needs of active, intelligent dogs and are prepared to give them both physical exercise and mental enrichment as they mature.
