She loves people of all ages and other dogs. While in foster, she's been hanging out with big dogs and a fun size bestie. Otter loves to play with other dogs but is also content to play independently with a dog toy. Otter is learning to walk on a leash, she really enjoys outside time. She has good potty habits.
