Louie is an adorable Beagle who is truly sweet once he feels comfortable and knows you. He enjoys playtime and loves to snuggle at night with his trusted person. Like many sensitive dogs, Louie needs a little time and space to feel secure. Louie is well mannered, proven home skills, smart, knows commands and would thrive in an adult only home. He's good with other dogs, does well going on neighborhood walks, enjoys car rides and is very obident. Louie will brring much joy to the right family. Louie will thrive in a calm, adult-only home with someone who understands canine body language and respects a dog's need for downtime. He's house trained, crate trained, and will benefit from clear structure, enrichment and routines. Louie is most comfortable when he has his own space — such as a dog bed or crate — and will benefit from a saavy dog owner who can help him build his confidence and feel secure in his environment.
