When Rana first came to us, we believed her time would be very short. After getting a better understanding of her medical condition, we’ve received a bit of unexpected hope. Because of this, we’ve made the decision that Rana is a candidate for adoption. Rana may be a hospice dog with a serious heart condition, but she sure doesn't know it. Thankfully, she has no signs or symptoms of illness and likely never will. Though nothing further can be done medically, and while she could pass at any time, it’s also very reasonable to think she may have 1-2 years ahead of her… and with a little luck, maybe even more!
