About Dorothy

Meet Dorothy! She's a sweet Chihuahua/Beagle mix close to two years old and is searching for a forever home alongside her sister, Donna. Both girls came to Hooves & Paws as owner surrenders after living outside, and they are very bonded; adopting them together is a must. Dorothy is a bit shy and may take some time to trust new people. Patience and kindness are essential for helping her adjust to a new environment. Having Donna by her side is crucial to her comfort, as theyโ€™ve always been together. While Dorothy is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, she requires daily medication for her Ear Margin Vasculitis, a condition thatโ€™s aesthetic and doesnโ€™t affect her quality of life. If you believe you could be the forever family these girls have been waiting for, please submit an adoption application!
