After a rough start living under a shed, he made his way to Dallas and is absolutely thriving in foster care—showing off just how smart, loving, and special he is. Dozer—lovingly nicknamed Biscuits—is a total heart-melter. He loves to “make biscuits” like a little baker and is truly just a ball of love. Sweet, gentle, and affectionate, Dozer is happiest soaking up attention and giving it right back. He’s the kind of puppy that makes everything feel a little softer and a lot happier.
