Gretchen is our very shy girl who wants so badly to find a home that will be patient with her and give her time to blossom into her personality. She’s been through a lot in a short time. Before joining the rescue she was housed several other dogs in not so ideal conditions. She had overgrown nails and infested with fleas. It doesn’t seem like she was properly socialized but she allows us to handle her. We are positive in the right hands this girl will be amazing! Gretchen appears to have had puppies in her past. She is scheduled to be spayed and we hope to have a home lined up for her following her surgery (April 8th). She does well with other dogs. While she hasn’t been tested with cats, she is too small and scared to be bothered with them.
