Allow us to introduce Penelope Louise (aka Penny Lou). This adorable cutie is looking for her forever home. Penny Lou has come out of her shell in her foster home and is thoroughly enjoying the comforts of living inside. Her foster family loves her playful and curious nature. Penny Lou loves all the toys, treats and snuggles. Speaking of toys, this little girl enjoys playing with all the toys and then leaving them scattered on the floor. If you can train her to put them away, we’d love to know your technique! Penny Lou loves to play with her foster sister the resident dog. She hasn’t destroyed any stuffed toys but since she’s a puppy, she does enjoy chewing things. That’s why her foster provides lots of bones and toys for her to gnaw on. She is at her happiest when she is sitting on her favorite spot on the couch looking out the window. Napping is important for puppies and Penny Lou thoroughly enjoys hers (same, Penny Lou). She can be found snoozing on the couch, a blanket or in someone’s lap. Penny Lou is a pro at the crate - she sleeps there at night and stays in it when no one is home. Her foster family says she is doing well with potty training and learning commands such as sit and off. As all puppies need training, Penny Lou’s adopters are encouraged to enroll in a puppy class. This sweetheart is estimated to be 6 months old and weighs 19 pounds. We don’t think she will get much bigger. She is spayed, micro chipped and up to date with her preventatives.
