We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here! Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure she can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes. Pecas is Looking For: Her forever home! Pecas is a sato - a dog from Puerto Rico. She did an amazing job of raising her babies Pablo, Paul, Pecky and Perry, and they're off to get their own homes. It is now Pecas' turn to get her own forever family! She is eager to explore her new area by the side of her new humans. Sniffy walks and romps and lots and lots of cuddles - that's high on her list.
