Velmira came to us in November of 2025 as a former community cat. She is a little naughty and would get herself in a bit of trouble by climbing on top of an apartment building. The problem is that she couldn't get back down so she would just stand up there and cry very loudly. With the help of a local trapper and a good Samaritan an hour away, they got her down once and for all. Much to their surprise, she did not appear to be feral so we were able to take her in.
