Lucy was an unclaimed stray sitting on an LONG wait list for a spot at a local shelter. Lucy didn’t want to wait that long for a chance at an home, so she asked us for help. Lucy is a young chihuahua type mix, is good with other dogs, good with cats. She is potty pad trained (who wants to potty outside in bad weather? Not this girl! She is laid back and likes a slow paced life. She is not used to walking on leash but still likes seeing things. Right now she rides in a carrier with wheels for her walks (Princess in training?). If you are looking for a quiet companion that doesn’t need to be kept busy but just wants to be loved, Lucy might be your girl. Increasingly, we are doing FOSTER TO ADOPT options!
