Amber survived a house fire and came to the rescue without injury. She’s been treated for routine parasites and is now on the lookout for a calm, safe home. Amber does best as an indoor companion in a low to moderately active household without young kids under six years old. She’s at ease with other mellow cats and will adjust to gentle, cat-savvy dogs if given time to settle in. Amber prefers quiet spaces with predictable routines. A meet and greet, plus a home visit, are required before adoption to ensure a good fit with any resident pets.
