About Rosie
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Rosie is a resilient Labrador Retriever who has experienced hardship but has never lost her loving spirit. After being abandoned while pregnant, Rosie bravely gave birth to 10 healthy puppies under a shed, caring for her little ones against all odds. Despite facing tough conditions, including being separated from her puppies and living outdoors, Rosie never lost hope. When a foster home opened up, she and her puppies were safely reunited—a moment that showed just how deeply Rosie cherishes family and safety. Although Rosie’s body shows signs of her rough past with some fur loss and healing sores, she remains gentle, loving, and completely house trained. Medicated baths and nutritious food are already helping her recover, and her kind, trusting nature shines through as she decompresses in foster care. Rosie is looking for a forever family who will give her the comfort and affection she deserves. As part of Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue Group in Southern California, she is ready to bring warmth and companionship to a new home. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
