Join us at Merriam Petsmart and meet your perfect match. We’ll have DOGS, PUPPIES & KITTIES ready to steal your heart! -------- Meet HERMES! Hermes is a fun and friendly guy with the best smile! He's silly and playful and curious. Hermes is 5 years old and he weighs 37 lbs-- he's a nice size! Hermes is good with other dogs. He and two other dogs were found crammed into a crate in a back yard. We don't know how long they'd been living like that. Yet, all three are such happy and resilient dogs. Hermes looks a little rough due to the lack of care he's received. But with some baths and good nutrition, he should be looking like the super star he is in no time! ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
