About Ursa F

Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Ursa – a wonderful blend of Shepherd and Labrador Retriever, perfectly balancing maturity and playful adventure! She’s moved beyond her puppy years but keeps her sense of fun alive, always up for activities or cuddling on the couch. Ursa makes a fantastic car companion and shows off her energetic side with yard games and practice fetch sessions. She’s developed a love for snuggling thanks to her German Shepherd foster sibling, but she also enjoys being alert and serving as a neighborhood watchdog. Polite and housebroken, Ursa is ready for any adventure, whether it’s canoeing or entertaining you with her smart tricks, including a signature heel move that’s sure to make you smile. With her confident nature, she’s eager to greet the mailman but may need a proper introduction to new canine friends. While she gets along with dogs and children, cats are still a mystery to her. Her energy and health are excellent, keeping her always prepared for fun. For a great match, Ursa needs a fully fenced-in yard and asks her new family to complete obedience training, providing a certificate upon completion. Her adoption process is handled by Heidi’s Legacy Rescue Network, and all communication takes place via email. Please note that your new furry friend must live inside your home as part of your family, and there’s no physical shelter, as all dogs are housed in foster homes.
