Mister B is a senior cat at around twelve years old, and he's understandably a bit overwhelmed in the shelter environment. We're not exactly sure of his age, and we don't have a ton of detailed information about what he was like in his last home, because he came into our care because his loving owner died. We are committed to getting him adopted into another loving home, because he's a sweet older guy who deserves the best! Mister B is a little shy and needs a minute to warm up to new people, but once he realizes you're a friend, he'll lean into head and cheek rubs, and yes he does accept treats as bribes! He's a fluffy cat who will likely need some help with grooming to keep himself looking his best. He seems ok being brushed so that's good! Like many senior cats, Mister B has stage 2 CKD (chronic kidney disease) and that will need monitoring. We do know that he's apparently a talker, especially when he wants attention, and hearing his meows will be a great sign to his next family that he's really settling in.
