Nanuk is a stunning 4-year-old Husky with a gentle spirit and a heart full of loyalty. He arrived alongside another Husky after their owner had to make the difficult decision to surrender them due to a move. Despite the change, Nanuk has remained calm, affectionate, and eager to connect with new people. He’s a well-mannered boy who is both housebroken and crate trained, and he already knows how to sit on command. Nanuk thrives on companionship and would do best in a home with another large breed dog to keep him company—he truly enjoys having a canine friend by his side. Nanuk is great with older kids and has a soft spot for being brushed, happily soaking up the attention during grooming time. He is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm disease, but his prognosis is very positive, and he’s expected to make a full recovery. With his striking looks, sweet personality, and loving nature, Nanuk is ready to find a home where he can feel safe, cherished, and never alone again.
