Basics Age: 3 months old Breed: Boxer / German Shepherd mix Weight: ~20 lbs Background: Born in a loving home as part of an accidental litter Socialization: Raised around kids, very people-oriented Daily Routine Ferris Wheel has settled into a comfortable puppy routine. She eats twice a day and is very food motivated. Her days are filled with exploring, playing with her sister, and staying close to her humans. She starts each morning with a trip outside right from her crate to work on potty training. At night, she sleeps in her crate and has adjusted well— sleeping through the night after her first few days. Personality Ferris Wheel is the definition of a velcro puppy. She loves being near her people and will happily follow you from room to room. She has quickly blossomed into a cuddly, affectionate puppy who thrives on human connection. Loves cuddling on the couch Very affectionate and people-focused Gentle, loving temperament Social Life Ferris Wheel lives with two larger resident dogs and has done well adjusting to different personalities. Training Progress Ferris Wheel is still young but off to a strong start: Learning potty training with a consistent routine Uses a doggy door after observing other dogs Sleeps through the night in her crate She is smart, observant, and highly motivated by food, which will make training easier. Puppy Habits Teething, so she benefits from appropriate chew toys Not much of a barker No digging behaviors She also brings toys into her crate and sleeps with them, showing early self-soothing skills.
