Rescued from a hoarding situation involving 27 Huskies after her owner's passing, Stormy has managed to keep her spirits high and her outlook bright. She’s true Husky: playful, social, and thrives on being part of any action, whether it’s an outdoor adventure or just hanging with her people. Stormy knows who she is—confident, sometimes bossy, and happiest when she’s the top dog. She’ll do best as an only pet or with other large, laid-back dogs who don’t mind yielding leadership. She’s got a classic prey drive, so homes with cats or small animals are out of the question. Huskies aren’t for everyone: Stormy needs someone who understands the breed’s quirks and quirks, has an active lifestyle, and is ready to match her energy and intelligence.
