About Duchess
Duchess is a four-year-old Siberian Husky currently fostered in McAllen, Texas, with the ability to be transported to the East Coast once adopted. Her striking red and white medium-length coat sets her apart, and she's spayed and current on all vaccinations. Duchess weighs about 50 lbs and has an active temperament that’s energetic but not overwhelming. She thrives best in a home with a securely fenced yard to stretch her legs. Duchess is crate trained, fully house trained, and comfortable living indoors. She’s friendly with dogs but does best with males, as she can be dominant around larger female dogs. Duchess is not a match for homes with cats. She does get along with children and brings a smart, playful attitude to her interactions. Meet-and-greets aren’t possible due to her foster arrangement, so you’ll need to commit through a vetted adoption process before welcoming her home. Duchess is ready to start her next chapter and settle in with a family prepared to give her the structure and love she deserves. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
