Rascal is a young black Lab mix, about four months old as of May, who ended up on his own before being taken in by a kind community member. Now heās safe in a foster home in Okmulgee, where heās getting the hang of house and crate training and soaking up lots of attention. Rascal is a sweet pupāeasy to love and quick to make friendsāwho just needs a place to settle in for good. Heās already had his first round of vaccines and all the routine preventatives; heāll be neutered as soon as heās old enough.
