She is incredibly social with a loud motor that rarely stops. Rosie is very best friends with her brother Ford and depends on him for companionship and thus they should be adopted together. Rosie & her brother have been diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, commonly known as Wobbly Cat Syndrome, which is a non-progressive, non-contagious neurological condition in cats caused by an underdeveloped cerebellum, which manages balance and coordination. Affected cats are uncoordinated and, as in Rosie's case, walks with a very shaky, wide-legged gait and often falls over - especially when excited (did someone say wet food?).
