Kate is super sweet, playful, petite, 2 1/2 year old Border Collie. She's around 32 pounds and loves people and other dogs, especially young, playful ones. Kate is a typical active Border Collie and loves to play! Tug of war, hide and seek or chasing a ball are great ways to keep this darling girl engaged. She's house trained and not a huge fan of her crate, but we'll work on that. Kate was originally seized in a hoarding case, kenneled at the shelter for a long period, then a shelter foster home before transferring to Dogwood. Her Dogwood foster home fell in love with and kept her, but sadly some severe and progressive health problems with her adopter meant she can no longer care for her. Kate is looking for her forever family and a beautiful next chapter.
