Hi! My name is Red Rover - a very big name for a very big personality... I am an energetic boy that loves to take walks with his foster brother - his four legs are much longer than mine, so I am trying to keep up. The leash was somewhat new to me, but I am getting quite skilled at walking without pulling and love investigating all the new smells of the season. While I love lots of pets and cuddles, I am truly happy being close to you wherever you are. When my foster dad must run some errands, I get a little treat and relax in my crate until he returns home. At the end of a long day, I love to curl up at the foot of the bed. My foster dad keeps calling me "Good Boy!" and giving me treats, so I must be doing something right! -------------------------------------------- All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter before adoption unless age is a factor with a puppy younger than 6-12 months at the time of adoption. If that is the case, the spay/neuter will be covered in the adoption fee and the owner will be responsible to have the procedures completed at a Warrior Dog Rescue Veterinarian at the appropriate time. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.
