Brandenburg is a very sweet little guy who is in need of some TLC. He came into rescue from a hoarding situation in AL. He was found living with about 40 other dogs and his owner was not able to keep up with their needs. He is already starting to look a lot better but has a ways to go in terms of growing his fur and feeling confident in his skin. Because he hasn't had the normal socialization that most pups get, he will need a patient family that will socialize him to the world and teach him to be confident. He's a little scruffy terrier mix weighing in at about 10 lbs so we will place him in a home with older or no children, due to his size and nervousness, and would not place him with larger, rambunctious dogs as he is do delicate. He's estimated to be about two years old and will make a great companion dog once he feels safe, decompresses, and learns that his needs will always be met. He's currently in AL but will be coming to Maine in mid-May.
