Meet RJ RJ is a 5 year old blue American Bully mix and, honestly, he is everything people love about the breed wrapped up into one big, handsome boy. He’s thick, squishy, and full of love, with a personality that makes it impossible not to fall for him the second you meet him. RJ absolutely adores people. He’s the kind of dog who lights up when he sees you, leans in for pets, and just wants to be as close as possible. He listens well, enjoys engaging with his handler, and has a really nice balance of being both attentive and easygoing. He’s happy to hang out, go for a walk, or just soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. He does well with other dogs and has shown that he can coexist and interact appropriately, making him a great candidate for a home with canine companions. He has not been cat tested yet, so any introductions there would need to be done thoughtfully. RJ is also a smart boy… maybe a little too smart sometimes. He has figured out how to open most standard gate latches, so he will need a secure yard with a locked gate or supervised outdoor time to keep him safe. He’s not trying to cause trouble, he just knows how to problem solve and let himself out if given the opportunity. He does have some allergy issues, but they are already improving with a diet change and should be very manageable in a home that keeps him on the right food. Other than that, he’s healthy, happy, and ready to go. RJ is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. More than anything, RJ is just looking for someone to love him. He’s a big, affectionate, loyal dog who is going to make someone an incredible companion.
