While in foster, we provide supplies (kennel, leash, collar, etc.), food, and vet care. Our fosters supply the love until they are adopted. FOSTER-TO-ADOPT: KPAL Rescue dogs are vetted (spayed/neutered, age-appropriately vaccinated for Parvo/Distemper, Rabies if old enough, microchipped, etc.).
