FOSTER: Foster homes love and care for the pets in rescue until adoption. Commitment times vary. While in foster, we provide supplies (kennel, leash, collar, etc.), food, and vet care. FOSTER-TO-ADOPT: KPAL Rescue dogs are vetted (spayed/neutered, age-appropriately vaccinated for Parvo/Distemper, Rabies if old enough, microchipped, etc.).
